The room was large enough for two people. The parking was attached to the hotel and reasonably priced at 1100 yen per night. Check-in and -out was easy and quick. Comfortable beds and table with chairs. Good view from 13th floor. Everything worked. Window could be opened. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station and numerous restaurants and eateries. Access is easy.

The location just down from Niigata Station.Very quiet. Professional reception. Washing & drying machines. Microwave and dining area in lobby. Vending machines selling beer and other drinks. Free coffee and green tea in lobby. Early checkin was available on our first day. Free ice.

Room size is larger than usual. Reception staff are very helpful and professional. Washing/drying machines. Microwave and eating area. TV options. Vending machines with Sapporo beer! Large lobby reception area. Good location. Quiet rooms.

Room was spacious, the hotel has this luxurious vibe but it is quite old already but the hotel still looks and feels really good. It's like an old well-established hotel that's been here for a long time and still running well.

Very nice buffet breakfast available. Convenient location - about five minutes walk from Niigata station. Lovely view from my room (eleventh floor). Neat and elegant interior. Nice laundry facilities and rest area in lobby (including complementary hot coffee).

The breakfast meal was very good. I ate the breakfast meal at the restaurant every day.

The Room was very large and comfortable. It had a Fridge and Kettle. The Wi-Fi worked well. The Hotel was five minutes walk from the Train Station. It was 20 minutes to the Bandai Bridge. Would stay again.

Everything, politeness and helpfulness of staff. Room was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was very clean. Would definitely stay again.Great views too!!

Wonderful experience! Worth the price. I love the hotel, the lobby is wide very welcoming and we really enjoyed staying, everything was good especially the breakfast they offer I love the foods because it is delicious. plan to come back again. Thank you hotel sanroute😃
